Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the j20m website at https://j20m.cam, its mobile-optimised version, any related sub-domains, and all services, features, and content accessible thereon.
• "Player" means any natural person who has registered a j20m account and is using the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the individual account registered by a Player to access the Platform's services, including a stored wallet balance.
• "Wallet Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's j20m account, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or non-withdrawable credits awarded to a Player's account by j20m subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process conducted by j20m in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and fraud prevention standards.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency of the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for Platform communications unless otherwise stated.

To register and use j20m, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold Player accounts.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. j20m strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will conduct identity verification to confirm it.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be listed on any sanctions list maintained by applicable international regulatory authorities.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended j20m account. Each person may hold only one account.

To access j20m's services, you must register a Player account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person.
• Not attempt to create more than one account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and balance forfeiture.

j20m reserves the right to refuse any registration at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for the refusal. Account approval is not automatic and may be subject to verification checks prior to activation.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify j20m support immediately at [email protected]. j20m will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

All transactions on j20m are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal operations:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 50.000 for bank transfer transactions.
• j20m accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• j20m does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which j20m bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made to j20m's account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned subject to a processing charge.
• j20m reserves the right to place holds on deposits pending KYC verification for accounts that have not yet completed the full verification process.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply subject to account tier and verification status.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name, matching the name on the j20m account.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. j20m targets processing of approved withdrawals within 1–3 business hours during WIB banking hours; however, processing times may vary depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the Player has completed full KYC verification.
• j20m reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds.

j20m offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Wallet Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, validity periods, minimum odds requirements, and eligible game categories are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of the bonus terms for that offer.
• j20m reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by Players.
• Where a Player attempts to exploit a bonus offer through irregular betting patterns — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, bonus arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of free bet mechanics — j20m reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and, in serious cases, to close the account.
• Bonus Funds cannot be used to fulfil a withdrawal request and will be removed from the account if a withdrawal is initiated before wagering requirements are met, unless the specific offer states otherwise.

The following general rules apply to all wagering and gaming activity on the j20m platform. Product-specific rules for individual game categories — including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (rooster-fight wagering), bandar bola (football bookmaking), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), and live casino — are published in the relevant product section of the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. j20m does not accept bet cancellation requests after a wager has been placed and accepted by the system, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable product rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and per event. j20m reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Player account at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or data feed interruption during a live event, j20m reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts.
• All displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• j20m uses odds and game outcomes generated by certified third-party providers. All slot game RTPs are independently audited and published. Live casino games use real-time video streams from studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live.
• j20m does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, event, or game at any given time. Markets may be suspended or removed at any point without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j20m and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by j20m.
• Collusion with other Players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage on any bet or game outcome.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been credited to a j20m account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Opening more than one account, or opening an account on behalf of another person.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at j20m staff or other Players through any Platform communication channel.

j20m actively monitors accounts for signs of prohibited conduct using automated systems and human review. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in Indonesia and internationally.

j20m is committed to operating in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are permitted and, in some cases, before deposits above specified thresholds are accepted.

Standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID. Acceptable documents include a KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National Identity Card), a valid Indonesian passport, or a valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three months, showing your full name and current residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, clearly displaying the account holder's name and account number, confirming it matches the registered j20m account name.

Enhanced due diligence (EDD) may be required for Players who exceed certain cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or whose account activity triggers an AML review flag. j20m will notify affected Players of any EDD requirements via their registered email address.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal capability, until documentation is received and verified.

j20m collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://j20m.cam/privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data practices include:

• All personal data is stored on encrypted servers. Data in transit is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
• j20m does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to j20m's legal data retention obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j20m's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

j20m shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any technical failures, server interruptions, data transmission errors, or third-party service outages that affect the availability or performance of the Platform.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds or game data caused by third-party data feed errors, provided that j20m takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon becoming aware of them.
• Any loss arising from a Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this clause limits j20m's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

j20m reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• Voluntary self-exclusion initiated by the Player through j20m's Responsible Gaming tools.
• A court order or direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these terms, j20m reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where a closure is initiated for reasons not attributable to a breach by the Player, any verified Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact j20m support via live chat or email. Voluntary closures are processed within 48 hours, and any remaining Wallet Balance will be returned following confirmation of identity.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j20m holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause prevents j20m from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court in any jurisdiction where j20m operates or where a Player is based, in order to protect j20m's intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing fraudulent activity.

Players in Indonesia acknowledge that the use of online gambling services may be subject to local legal restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of j20m complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

j20m reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, j20m will notify registered Players via their registered email address at least 7 calendar days before the amended terms take effect. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. j20m recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive an amendment notification.
